Who this covers
This policy explains how Inspira AI Corp handles personal information across everything we operate:
- •our websites, including digitaldark.ai
- •our web platform, where your organization's workspace lives
- •our mobile applications: Protostar Mobile, InfiniteScale Mobile, and Smartbench Mobile
Where a section applies only to one of these, we say so.
What we collect
When you visit our website
We collect basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand which content is useful.
If you contact us through the site, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, and message — so we can respond.
When you use our platform or mobile apps

Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, and to measure how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our mobile apps do not use advertising cookies.
What we do not do
- •We do not use your data for tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
- •We do not sell your personal information.
- •We do not serve advertising.
- •Our mobile apps contain no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- •Our mobile apps do not access your location, camera, microphone, photos, or contacts.
Authentication
Sign-in is handled by Auth0, an identity provider acting on our behalf. Your credentials are entered on Auth0's secure page and are never stored by the App. Authentication tokens are stored encrypted on your device using the operating system's secure keychain.
Where your data goes
Content you create in the App is sent to your organization's workspace server and stored there, under the same terms that govern your organization's use of the platform. Your organization administers that workspace and may access content within it.
OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, X.AI and Google act as our LLM processors under commercial API agreements that bind them to protections equivalent to those set out in this policy: they may use your content only to generate the response we request, they do not use it to train their models, and they are subject to confidentiality, security and retention obligations no less protective than our own.
Data retention
Content is retained for as long as your organization's workspace retains it. Push notification tokens are removed when you disable notifications, sign out, or uninstall the App.
Messages sent to an AI assistant are retained by our AI providers only for the limited period their API terms permit for security and abuse monitoring, after which they are deleted. They are not retained for any other purpose.
Your choices
- •AI assistant — in our mobile apps, you choose whether your conversation content is shared with our AI providers before anything is sent, and you can withdraw that choice at any time under Settings → AI data sharing. Withdrawing stops the assistant from working; the rest of the app is unaffected.
- •Notifications — you can turn push notifications off at any time in the App or in iOS Settings.
- •Sign out — signing out removes stored authentication tokens and cached data from the device.
- •Access and deletion — because your data belongs to your organization's workspace, requests to access or delete it should be directed to your organization's administrator, or to us at the address below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Where your data sits inside an organization's workspace, that organization controls it — contact your administrator first, or reach us at the address below and we will help.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than the one you live in. Where we do, we take steps to ensure your information remains protected.
Children
These services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete that information promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
